SERVICE DESCRIPTION AND EXPIRATION MapYak.net is a location-based message board where users post short text entries ("Yaks"). Submissions are limited to 50 words and 400 characters. Each submission remains active on the map for up to 24 hours before expiring. 3. ANONYMITY AND LOCATION VERIFICATION No account registration, username, or email is required to post or vote. Submissions are assigned to geographic locations determined by browser geolocation or network IP detection. 4. USER CONDUCT AND CONTENT POLICY Users agree not to submit content that: a) Contains hate speech, harassment, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, age, sexual orientation, or gender identity. b) Promotes violence, illegal acts, dangerous activities, or self-harm. c) Contains sexually explicit or obscene material. d) Contains spam, commercial advertisements, phishing links, or automated submissions. e) Infringes upon intellectual property, copyright, trademark, or privacy rights. 5. COMMUNITY REPORTING AND AUTOMATED MODERATION If a submission receives 50 or more verified reports within a 30-minute window, it is automatically hidden from public display. Automating reports or manipulating votes through bots or scripts is prohibited. 6. CONTENT LICENSING By submitting content to MapYak.net, you grant the Platform a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute the submitted text on the interactive map. 7. ACCESSIBILITY COMPLIANCE (ADA / WCAG 2.1) MapYak.net strives to meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1, Level AA) standards for contrast, keyboard navigation, and screen reader usability. 8.
